The wonderful world of mega-bikes

We all have very clear what can be called a bike. Right? It seems that a vehicle issomewhat predictable, but nothing is further from the truth. Bicycles can become true monsters to be giving the note on the street. That's right: do not emit any noisemotor fruste intimidating than the dream of the neighbors to continue to operatepedals.

These bikes that we bring you can not buy anywhere. They are the fruit of the passion of its owners for engineering and the desire to challenge the preconceivednotions we have of these means of locomotion. Some, indeed, seem a bitdangerous: Can you imagine invade the bike path with a seven-poweredmonstrosity?

The Monster Bike

Wouter Van Den Bosch, Holland, is a versatile type, an art student and formermechanical engineer. He is the creator of this mass of 450 kilos, almost a "monster truck" shaped bike. And so it has more merit, is built from scratch byloose pieces here and there.

Its construction took three months and became a sensation in his country. Its creation was tremendously popular for a long time, being exhibited in museums and music festivals. Today, the novelty, its creator confesses that he has veryclear what to do with all that concerned.

And the truth is that not the most comfortable vehicle. We would say it is evendangerous because of the great height from which pedaling. The sheer size of the front tire forces the rear wheels have two, not to lose traction. "With the front wheelwanted to add social criticism, and to reflect on the amount of gasoline we use tomove vehicles more monstrous."

The Furgo-Bike
Another pileup that will make pedaling fat sudemos drop to move it. The inventionis designed to carry passengers, four, and the pilot. The passenger may also take a cable, since it has its own pedals to add some power. A friendly behemoth that dominates the streets of the Chinese city of Jilin, which was delivered by a father to his son as a birthday present. Would not you could have bought the bike as Febereveryone?

ATV All Terrain Bike

Ideal for the adventurous! This strange invention of poor stability is intended asall-road vehicle, capable of evolving by rugged environments ... and even float in water. Large wheels help keep afloat, and we can use the paddles to move throughthe water.

The iron bars can be placed on the rear wheel for more traction in mud and water, are located on the sides, each with a float for stability. One of the most friendly junkworthy of Professor Bacterio
The truck pedal

It's exaggerated, but we face the huge vehicle that concern us all. No less than seven buddies can sit and exercise to move this curious artifact. It is created byHaulin 'Collins a Seattle store, which has made many prototypes extravagant to celebrate the "Greenway" of that city, on the "bike path" which promotes the use of our dear fellow adventurer
.

Bars ...-bikes!

These bars on wheels, with capacity for a dozen customers can enjoy beer whiletraveling, had become very short time one of the main attractions for tourists inMunich and other German cities, displacing even the scenic buses as a way to see the city so warm.

Now the Munich city council has taken the final decision to prohibit the movement, claiming that people who go on board are often so drunk that these vehicles are a threat to other users. However, employers who have adopted this new form of tourism are not quite agree with the ban will lead to municipal consistory court todefend their business.
